Welcome to Bloody Lioness, the approved fanlisting (by TAFL) dedicated to charlotte from the animanga pandora hearts. Lotti isn't a really appreciated character, being in the position of an obscure villain, but I find her rather funny and interesting. I have really enjoyed the little sparks of her past, and her goal seems like the most coherent and comprehensible one, among those of the various characters of the story.
